Join me for this 30 day course of looking in the mirror and gaining all the self compassion, power and strength that you need for today and the future. Let’s go on a journey together of changing perspectives and re writing that old narrative, that you are not good enough, and finally seeing that your best friend is looking back at you every time you look in the mirror. JuneB or “JB” is loving soul who celebrates life while spreading love, joy and happiness. She is an author, jazz singer, certified strategic life coach, sound healer, certified crystal healer, photographer, an artist, course writer and mother of two beautiful souls. Lesson 1

Look At You

Let’s start at the beginning. When you look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see? Today we will delve into the mixed emotions you face when confronting yourself with affirmations of loving yourself. It may be challenging for some of us, and it will also show us where we are at the beginning and what we have to do to make things better.

What Do You See

Today we will ask ourselves a very important question. What do you see when you look at yourself in the mirror? The answers of which may surprise you, and help you to understand how you really see yourself right now. How much you need to do to make yourself that amazing person who is in love with themselves. We will work through this together, one day at a time. The results will be life changing.

Lesson 3

Settling In

Today we will say a positive affirmation in the mirror, and see how we feel about it and if anything comes up for us. Helping ourselves to feel so much more settled, grounded and knowing that everything is ok in our world. Not worrying about what will happen tomorrow, or what went on yesterday, knowing that today we are settled and safe.

Lesson 4

Pressing The Button

Pressing the button, a strange saying. It means getting right to the point. Going head on and asking a difficult question of yourself. Today we will ask ourselves that question. What is really bothering you? What is that niggling thing that you keep going over and over in your head? What is keeping you from having a good nights sleep and filtering into your happy times and taking the edge off the joy you know could be more, than you’re actually allowing yourself to feel?

Lesson 5

Smile

Today we will say a positive affirmation in the mirror, about smiling. Smiling is something we can all do and it is a great way of lightening the mood and changing your outlook, if only fr a few minutes. A smile spurs a powerful chemical reaction in the brain that can make you feel happier.. Allowing you to know that everything is ok, right in this moment.

Lesson 6

Look Into Those Eyes

We all want to feel well, good, happy and at peace. So we cant really do that if we have something deep inside that is bothering us. So in this day we will be asking ourselves the question again to scratch the surface and see if we can get closer to what is really gouge on. How do we really feel, right now.

Lesson 7

Self Talk

Self-talk is the way you talk to yourself, or your inner voice. You might not be aware that you're doing it, but you almost certainly are. This inner voice combines conscious thoughts with inbuilt beliefs and biases to create an internal monologue throughout the day. So what do you say to yourself everyday? What do we unconsciously say to ourselves all the time. Are they words of criticism or are they words of love and encouragement?

Lesson 8

Ask A Question

So today we ask this question again of ourselves, what do I need to know today and wait and see what answers come up. There is always a message or something we need to focus on, whether we realise it or not. Something that will make our day and life even more amazing than it already is. Something we may need to let go of, something that helps us to find that little state of grace we have been searching for, and something to help us heal from past hurts. So today we will face the mirror and ask the question.

Silence

Sometimes we find it so hard to be silent. Some of us are so busy with stuff that we dont take the time to sit in silence and be with ourselves. So today we will sit in silence and get in tune with ourselves. Then we are going to flip the script and say some positive affirmations.

Is This Working

Today we ask this question again of ourselves, where does my focus need to be today and wait and see what answers come up. There is always something we really need to focus on, whether we realise it or not. Each day it changes, and asking the question on a regular basis, is you going with the flow. What can we see come up fo us today? So today let’s face the mirror and ask the question.

Lesson 11

Laughing At Yourself

When was the last time you had a good laugh? When have you laughed so hard that your belly hurts or you start crying, or both. Today we will look in the mirror and make ourselves happy by having a good old belly laugh. Laughing is a great medicine and today we will have a full dose of it. Laughter is great medicine and can help with making your day amazing. So let’s go and have a great laugh today.

Today Is A New Day

This day is a new day. We need different things for different days, and today is no exception. today is a new day. Filled with endless possibilities. What insights do we need for going out into the world today to help us with whatever challenges we may face or what attributes do we need to display to be fully receptive and accept the many blessings that come our way today. So we will ask the question, How should I face today?

Let Something Go

There are always things that are holding us back. Weather we admit it or not. In this session we look at ourselves in the mirror and speak gently to ourselves giving space for whatever is holding us back to come up so we can deal with it through meditation and journaling.

Lesson 14

Attitude Of Gratitude

We are asking ourselves a very important question. We all take our circumstances for granted and bringing things down to a very basic level will open our eyes and show us the multitude of things we have to give thanks for. Starting with the breath. Sometimes we can think we have the world of problems, when we think about being on the street with no food and no place to sleep, then look at your life an ask this question. So, what are YOU grateful for today?

Forgiving Injustice

Today we ask this question again of ourselves, where does my focus need to be today and wait and see what answers come up. Lesson 16

What Is Hurting You

Today is a deep dive into peeling back the onion and finding out what is really hurting you. We are past halfway in this course and are used to looking at ourselves in the mirror and finding out how we feel. Today we will ask ourselves a question about why we are in this pain and wait for the answer to come up. Now it is likely you will feel some emotions come up and that is good. Remember the answer tot the pain is in the pain, don’t run from it, face it and lean into it. You are safe and protected always, so lets’ do this together and leave your comments in the classroom so we can go through it together in this safe space.

How Do I Deal With This

There are many crossroads that come up in our daily lives. Some simple and some very big. How do we face those decisions that we make each day? We have hundreds of decisions that we make every day. Now some of the bigger decisions we lament and worry about them. Feeling stuck as to what is the correct way to deal with them. Today we will say an affirmation to help us deal with the uncertainty and give us strength and hope in how we deal with our daily decisions.

Lesson 18

Forgiving Yourself

We have all done things in our lives that we may see as unforgivable. Also people have done things to us that we see as unforgivable too. Firstly forgiveness is all about YOU. Not about the other person. We may have lashed out at someone and now feel deep and utter regret at our behaviour or someone else’s. I can tell you one incontrovertible fact. It is OVER. Whatever happened is in the past and it is over. So in todays session we start to let of all the things we are holding onto and allow some forgiveness to come into our day. With self love and compassion.

Overcoming Fear

Believe me I know how totally crushing fear can be. I have seen so many people get stuck and not able to move on in life because they are paralysed and in total fear of so many things. That is a sad and crushing way to live. Not able to move forward because fear is holding you back. In this lesson we lean into the fear and say some affirmations that will slowly help to release the tight grip that fear has on some of us.

Lesson 20

Sad Times

We all have sad times. Even the happiest person you know can get down sometimes. That is normal. Living in that place unfortunately is undesirable and something we need to work on. In this lesson will start the process of helping you to examine what is really going on inside, and then put you on a path to seeing how you can start to turn things around. When we will ask ourselves the question of why we feel unhappy and when we find the root cause of the answer through affirmations and journaling, then we can work on changing this feeling to a state of happiness and joy.

Loving Your Idiosyncrasies

Today we are saying an affirmation on something really simple. Loving who you are. Loving the core of ourselves, exactly how you are right now, no apologies or excuses. Allowing the acceptance of all of who we are, warts and all, and feeling good about the person looking back at you in the mirror. You are unique! You have unique gifts, passions, talents, experiences, and a unique personality. That is what makes you such a masterpiece and today we will look at ourselves and say affirmations to help solidify that belief.

Inner Child

We all have an inner child. Your inner child is that little child that lives in your heart an expression of not only your child like self, also of all the life experiences you have had up to now. Making sure your inner child is happy can be a source of inner guidance, and great strength when you need it the most. So today we will see how much fun we can think of to have with our inner child and let that child loose inside of us while having some joy come back into our day.

Lesson 23

Releasing Anger

How do we release anger? That is what we are dealing with today. There is nothing wrong with being angry, once you don’t stay in that state. You have the right to be angry sometimes, just like anyone else. Don’t criticise yourself for feeling this way. Today we use an affirmation to help you to change your feelings to one of peace, and then take the time to work on the underlying reasons why you were so angry in the first place.

Allowing Abundance In

To allow abundance in and to manifest what you want, you have to image you already HAVE what you want in your life, When you’re singing a song you know not only the words of it, but know the music intimately. The pops, the pauses, the sways the beat etc. Thats when you really know a song and that is how you need to work on your manifesting. Know what you want intimately and with loads of details. We work today on imaging what it is we want and not the opposite, the reasons why we cant have it. It goes only two ways. Opening our hearts to allow the blessings to come in. So let’s get to allowing and seeing the abundance of the universe flood into your life today.

Going Deep

When was the last time you did something only for you? Some of us put or own wants and needs on the back burner. Everyone else comes first and by the time we get to ourselves, we are so warn out that we put our own need off un til another day. Like we have all the time in the world. This, for some of us has gone on for years and is slowly destroying our self worth and self love. How can you be there 100 percent for everyone else and not there for you? In todays lesson we explore how you can make time and do things for yourself to improve the love and joy you want to increase in your everyday life.

Moving On

Moving on form things can be hard. Some of us , in a strange way feel comfortable with our position and feel fearful to move onto something that is better, because it is unknown. Unfortunately, life is constantly changing so if you are not moving on, you are actually going backwards, because elite is constantly moving forward. So in this lesson we will see how we can move on in life and allow the abundance elf the universe to flood in.

Happy Times

We all want happiness in our lives. Finding happiness is not about the material trappings we an accumulate in our lives, it is about the attitudes, attributes and new habits we can form to make our ives better. Most of us strive to be more happy, or want that to manifest in our everyday experiences. This session we will see how we can create more opportunities to be happy and joyous everyday. Looking back at your journal and reviewing the last 30 days to see how your feelings, thoughts and emotions have changed throughout this course. Showing you the truth about you and dealing with all your emotions in this safe space. There is always more work to be done my dearest friend, and my wish is that you continue to explore all of the areas of your life by simply looking in the mirror.
