We all want deep sweet sleep. This guided visulisation meditation will take you to a place where you will be floating amounst the clouds for a perfect nights sleep. Come back to this meditation often for the best nights sleep.

Welcome beautiful soul. This is JB and I'm so glad to welcome you to a beautiful night's sweet, Deep sleep. So let's get into your favourite sleeping position. Make sure you're comfortable. Close your eyes and slowly imagine yourself just melting into the bed. Let's go to your breathing. Slowing down the heart rate. Let's take some nourishing breaths together. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe out. Last time, Breathe in, Breathe out. Breathe in, Breathe in, Breathe out. Keep that rhythm going. Now let's slowly go to a beautiful place. Picture a lake. It is so beautiful there, Serene and warm. Sun glistening of the water. Like sparkles every place you look. The lake is like glass and you can see everything reflected in it. There are smooth sections and choppy sections. Light sections and dark sections. You sit down and look out on the lake. It is so peaceful here. Take some time to lie down on the bank. And listen to the gentle sounds. When you look up, You see birds flying high overhead. They are flying in formation. All flapping their wings at the same time. They look beautiful flying together as one. Look at the clouds as they pass by. Different shapes and sizes. Clusters of white, Fluffy and soft. Different shapes as they float by. As you are lying there, You hear the soft ripples of the lake. In and out. Softly swaying in and out. You look out over the lake and see a small jetty over in the distance. There is a little canoe not there. Walk over and get into the canoe. The water swishes gently alongside the canoe. Pick up the paddles and start to row. Forward and back. Forward and back. You start to make your way to the middle of the lake. Keep rowing gently. Forward and back. Forward and back. You take a pause to catch your breath. You feel the water bobbing on the canoe. You hear the water slowly sapping along the sides of the canoe. It feels so peaceful and calm. Just hanging out there in the middle of the lake. You look across to see the other side. You want to go there. Pick up the paddles and start to row. Forward and back. Forward and back. Get to the other side. Pull up to the jetty and tie off the canoe. You get out of the canoe and start to explore. The grass is so green. And the air is filled with the sweet smell of summer. You start to go up a hill. Following a winding path. As you get higher and higher. There are beautiful shrubs all around. Blossoms so sweet. The sweet smell tickles your nose. You stop and pick one. The sweet smell fills the air. You keep climbing higher and higher. Taking breaks from time to time to enjoy the view. The air is getting thinner and thinner. And you slow down. You finally reach the top. You look all around and the view is breathtaking. You feel amazing. Finding a nice spot to sit. You sit for a while. Looking all around. You suddenly feel tired and lie down. Melting again into the green grass. Breathing deeply. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Then you feel light as a feather. You start floating up towards the clouds. It's like you're on a bed of cushions. And you slowly float between the clouds. High above the land you look down and see the beautiful lake. You can see a reflection of yourself because the water is like glass. All the different colours of blue. So many different shades of blue. All so beautiful. All so perfect. You keep floating and floating. A beautiful light covering you with peace and relaxation. You are floating and floating. You are floating and floating. Higher and higher. Higher and higher.
