This is JB,

Letting you know how to change your life right now.

Look at yourself in the mirror.

Who do you want to be?

Where do you want to go?

How do you want to live?

What do you want to have?

Do you know everything is possible in your life if you just keep your eyes on the prize?

If you keep your thoughts on positive things in your life,

Keep putting more energy into your dreams rather than your fears,

You will make your life better.

You will achieve all the things you have always wanted to achieve.

You will make your days brighter.

You will manifest the life you have always wanted.

Let me tell you how.

It takes guts and tenacity to achieve a goal.

If you keep doing the same thing you have always done,

You will keep getting the same results.

I think it's time for a new way.

If you want something you have never had before in life,

You have to do the things you have never done before.

What that means is to change your way of thinking.

Once you change your way of thinking,

Everything around you changes.

Use a different approach to get the same things you have always dreamed of.

Who says you can't dream big?

Who said you can't have it all?

The things you have always dreamed of.

If you look deep inside of yourself,

All the answers are right there within you.

Now I know you may be saying,

What is she talking about?

Well,

I'm talking about really believing in yourself each and every day.

Knowing you got this.

You can make a difference in your life and in the lives of everyone around you.

You can make your life mean something.

You can do it.

You can have it.

All you have dreamed of.

It's all about faith,

My dear friend.

Faith that you can go the extra mile.

The longest journey starts with the first step.

So let's take the first step together right now.

We can do it.

We can make things change.

One day at a time to make a difference.

Each day is a new beginning.

Another chance to do it all again.

Another chance to change what didn't work the last time.

Another bite at the apple.

Yesterday is gone,

So why worry about it?

It's akin to driving a car forward,

But constantly looking in the rear view mirror.

Eventually you will crash.

Focus on the now.

Tomorrow isn't here yet.

So what's the sense in worrying about something that hasn't happened yet?

That will have you in a constant state of fear,

Anxiety and stress.

But today is a new beginning.

That's why we call it the present.

It's a gift to you every morning you wake up.

Another chance.

Another day.

Another beautiful morning.

And you start on the life you have always wanted.

So let's start this day together with hope and joy.

Let's start this day with a new attitude.

Let's start this day with a resolve to make things better.

To really make things work.

Just one small change can change the negative narrative that has been following you around for so long.

Let's change this day and change your life.

Right here.

Right now.

Let's make this day the best day of your life so far.

Let's do this together my friend.

Power is within you to make that change.

So focus on what you really want and visualise it.

That means imagine yourself there doing what you really want to do.

Imagine the colours.

Imagine the smells,

The sights and the sounds.

All the places you want to be.

All the people you want to share this amazing experience with.

See yourself there and enjoy in it all.

Doing it all.

Doing it all.

And most importantly being thankful for it all.

Once you can think it you can imagine it.

Once you can imagine it you can believe it.

Once you can believe it you can achieve it.

One thing is always going to be true.

Your belief becomes your reality.

If you believe your dreams are silly and will never work out for you then they won't.

But if you believe you can change your life then guess what?

You can.

Look how many people before you have done seemingly impossible things.

Faced adversity and made something of themselves.

Climbed the highest mountains,

Swam the deepest seas,

Stood up for the weak and vulnerable and made such a difference in this world.

They all had doubts that they couldn't really achieve it.

They would not be human if they didn't.

There is only one difference between them and you.

They changed that thinking of doubt to one of knowing that no matter what they would give it a go,

They would just try for one day and look at them now.

Keep your focus on the positive things in your life.

Every experience in your life is one of two things.

No matter how traumatic or joyous the events,

There is either a lesson to be learned or something positive you can take out of it.

When you learn the lesson you will move onto the new experiences and new lessons.

When you take the positive out of each experience and focus on that,

You not only change the narrative but you can use that to bring more positive experiences into your life.

Don't repeat yourself up about perceived wrongs.

Don't keep putting yourself down.

Come on my friend,

Lift yourself up.

You have so much power in you.

You just have to believe in yourself.

Let's say some positive affirmations together.
