These things move us from our natural state of grace,

How does it manifest itself?
This is how.
We suffer by not loving ourselves.
We suffer by blaming everyone but us.
We suffer for how we feel.
We suffer by not feeling good enough.
Can we just make the compassionate choice?
Can we make the loving choice?
Can we make our lives better?
I hear you say,
If I only knew what to do with all this hurt,
Well my beautiful soul,
I can help you to understand.
If you're feeling down,
Depressed,
If you're going through grief,
If you're not sure where to turn,
If you're just hanging on with your last breath.
Stop.
Take a pause right now and let's work through it together.

Take some time to listen to the water running.
What will you let go of?
What will you breathe in?
Go to a place in the middle of a still lake.
The water is like glass.
Then you see some ripples.
Up ahead there is a waterfall,
A very small one.
Water gently trickling down the bank.
As the water moves like a breath.
Constantly going.
Constantly flowing.
Always moving.
Never stopping.
Know what your true intrinsic self wants.
Breathe slowly and let the answer come to you.
Your answer will be unique to you.
It may be being able to get through another day.
It may be seeing the eyes of your partner light up when they see you.
It may be hearing your children giggle with joy.
It may be just feeling like you are enough.
Whatever you want,
Let go of something.
Make space.
And gently invite it in.
Like the water flowing.
So it can manifest itself in your life.
Always remember.

One moment at a time.
Listening to this every day when you rise or before you go to sleep will help to change your state.
