As I open my eyes,
Whilst I lay on my bed,
My day begins.
It starts.
A new day,
A chance to do it all again,
An opportunity to make my mark.
My mind drifts on positive things,
Beautiful things I want to manifest.
Situations I want in my life,
Experiences I want to draw in,
Things of my time I want to invest.
Focusing on being better,
On being stronger,
On being smarter than I was yesterday.
Giving thanks for everything,
Lessons I've learned and all the abundance that has come my way.
Reaching out to those that need it,
Expressing love at every turn and avenue I face.
Giving thanks at every opportunity,
Living my life in a state of ever growing grace.
I am powerful beyond my comprehension.
I know I am here for one reason only.
That is to show others it can be done.
To live their lives to the fullest and of course have so much fun.
I know I can make a difference.
I know this is my sacred path.
This is the life I must lead,
Always striving to make my mark.
I am not afraid to shine,
To make my life sublime.
By showing up,
To give others the permission to try and do the best they can.
To know and show this pathless trodden is not a no man's land.
My eyes are open wide now,
Ready to face this day with grace.
Knowing I make a difference,
Knowing in this beautiful world we all have an important place.
To shine as bright as we all can,
To help others to be more understood.
Whatever I do,
I want to face it because I know I could.
I could be that person who stands up for me,
Looking at my life with strength and promise.
