What does self care mean to you?

Why is self-care important? You cannot achieve happiness when you are battling against yourself. You cannot be happy when your world is in chaos and you have no peace in your day. Connecting with people
Having close relationships to others allows us to feel valued, understood and cared for. Even if those close people do not agree with us, feeling warmth and cared for increases our sense of affection, love snd happiness. It is also a together thing. Reducing your stress levels…….. One of the most effective ways to reduce stress and be a happier person is to try to live you life in the present moment, that is right here and right now. Being present is a stress killer. When we examine our lives, let go of the things we cannot control and instead focus on the things we can, we allow our minds to be present and allow happiness to flood in.
