Colour therapy is based on the idea that colours create an electrical impulse in our brain. So we analyse the meanings and feelings of different colours and we go through how they make us feel. Then, we will paint our preferred colour that resonates with us and explore what it may signify for us at any given time in our day. We are here to express joy and using colour to do that is a beautiful way to express that. In this lesson we use colour to express how we are feeling and we take away how we can implement different colours in our day to change and brighten our moods.

Writing That Book Chapter
There is a saying that everyone has at least one book in them. In thes session we will explore that. Writing has been long established as a healing tool, a way to express how you feel, and the ability to come back to it at a later date and examine those feelings. In this lesson we will write a chapter of your own personal book; an event real or fictitious that you can craft in any way you see fit. A chance to set the record right about how a particular situation went, or just a piece of fantasy that you may dream of and always wanted to commit to paper. Whatever you write, it will be a great healing tool you can work with to delve deep into what you really feel about things.

Taking A Snapshot Of Your Day
How do we really see our day? You may be surprised at the things that you notice in your everyday life and the things that stand out for you. In this lesson you will take some random snapshots of things that catch your eye, then at the end of the day we will put them all together and explore how you really see your day and your world. What stands out for you and how this could help to clear things that you may be holding on too, and allow you to focus on more positive things. So in this lesson we do some work on identifying what you really see and how that makes you feel about your day.

There is a great healing power in dance. It is a tool that can be used to release emotions and provide you with feelings of harmony and empathy. We will explore getting in touch with your body, mind and spirit in this lesson and by the end you will feel so much lighter and more free than you have before you started. You will take away a new way of expressing yourself that nurtures you when you need it the most.

Drumming has been a tool for communication, celebration, and expression for thousands of years. Drum therapy is meant to be a fun release of stress and anxiety in the recovery and healing journey.

In this lesson you will think of something you want to release in your life, and using the power of the drum, you can start to make that release a reality. You will have some exercises to help you to let go and while moving to the beats and drumming, you will make a shift and use this positive outlet to release any hidden trauma.

Drawing That Feeling: Vision
What have you aways dreamed of? In this session you will draw that vision in the form of a vision board, or a picture. Vision boards show you, every time you look a them, what you want to manifest in your life. They are a great motivational tool to use for inspiration and a great cathartic exercise.
In this lesson you will learn how to start your own very personal vision board, draw things you want to manifest in your life and put them down in a way that is pleasing and healing - a simple and effective way to manifest what you want in your life by drawing your vision, which you can start today.

Chanting For Release
Chanting is something that has been done from time immemorial. Thousands of years ago we used to chant to ask for guidance, give thanks and show gratitude. Today we can use it in this modern setting to release emotions that try to bring us down, and use chanting as a release. Physically, the act of chanting can also relax the body, slow down the heart rate, and calm the mind and body.
In this lesson we will learn how to use chanting as a beautiful release and how to embrace the power of our voices with easy exercises that can be done daily. We will explore a few different types of chants and practice one of them with an open heart.

But this is a known technique to help you release tension in high-pressure situations/ meetings and also a great tool for memory. This lesson shows us how we can use doodling to pull us back into the present and find an effective way to gain much pleasure from a simple set of pen strokes.

It’s a journey of love and healing that will take time to grow but is so worth the effort.
