Healing for Creators

With Danielle YS

As a creator – an artist, musician, actor, writer, dancer, performer, dream-weaver, influencer, blogger, you name it! – you know that what you create is a deep expression of your Self. Sometimes we can find this expression blocked, sometimes it can be intimidating, even harmful without the right tools to return to center and ground. In this 4-week course, you will learn and practice trauma-informed mindfulness tools to help you feel better now, befriend discomfort, find your flow, and take these tools beyond the studio. This course will teach you how to take back control – of body, mind, and self; create empowered boundaries; channel negative emotions into creativity, clarity, and healing; feel capable in chaos; self-soothe; and practice self-care. Enjoy!

Wow, mind, body, heart and soul expanding course. Excellent progression of creative exercises. I had no lack of subject matter, emotions or feelings to create along the way. I feel more at peace with myself and the universe. I feel I have become more of me while getting closer to my higher power. Danielle is great and I was pleasantly surprised by how insightful her personal replies are. I am an artist and I recommend this course to everybody. Commit to it and the work, and you will not be sorry. Thank you so much for sharing this. I give it 7 out of 5 stars.

Overall, this course was very helpful in opening up my creativity while processing a lot of difficult emotions I have harbored for a long time. A big take away is using my breath to help guide my response in difficult situations. Then subsequently instead of posting about it upset on social media, I have been channeling that energy and emotion into my music, art, and lyrics. It has been a much more cathartic response which is also allowing me to see myself for who I am as an individual. I am more open and comfortable with who I am in the universe as a creative individual. Thank you for this excellent course! :)
