Listen To Your Body
If you are aware of and appreciate your body, you would be able to listen to your body. This divine creation is a robust and well-functioning, well-oiled system that runs efficiently. All the systems within the body work in sync. However, when there is a problem, the body immediately cries out, sending signals of a malfunction.
If you are alert and tuned in to your body, you can notice these signals and take timely measures. Awareness is, therefore, the key to understanding your body better.

Sexuality
Is gender an important aspect when it comes to awareness of the body? Culture and upbringing have played a significant role in the sexuality of a person. Lesson 8
Emotions
Mind matter includes mind, intellect, and ego. Food for the mind is emotions. Like with food for the body, overeating is harmful. "Storms of emotions are part of everyone's life. Faith is the pillar. Hold on to it and weather all the storms of life. That is the best way. Perhaps the only way," says Mohanji.
All the emotions such as anger, hatred, jealousy, revenge, victimhood, sadness, and so on flow out quickly in succession during a trigger. This is where the need to be aware and watchful comes in. Do not react. Respond.

Intellect
Mohanji always says the biggest barrier and the tallest wall of your life is the mind matter. Once you go beyond the mind through acceptance and control of emotions, you reach the intellect stage. Intellect is a refined aspect of the mind matter.
Food for the intellect is information. Overeating is harmful. You need to break barriers of concepts and comforts by unlearning and becoming free from all the collected information. Then, you experience total freedom. You need to go beyond the barriers that limit your freedom and discover if you are operating from the intellectual level.

Ego
The third part of the mind-matter is ego, which is the skeleton of your personality. A combination of the intellect knowledge and ego causes pride. Food for the ego is applauses, praises, and accolades.
It is not very easy to understand if you are operating from ego as it is very subtle. The ego induces the intellect to judge, criticize, and condemn others by bringing in concepts. It is like an invisible thread that operates between emotions, intellect, and your true self.
How do you identify if you are operating from the level of ego? Through awareness which brings humility.
