Sit in a comfortable position.

Which connects the tip of the thumb and index finger,
While all the other three fingers open.
Take ten deep breaths slowly.
Please do not hold the breath.
Breathe in and breathe out slowly.
Please be aware of your inhalation and exhalation.
Breathe in and breathe out slowly.
Spend a few moments being aware of the sensations within.
Breathe in and breathe out slowly.
While you observe the sensation,
You realize that you are feeling comfortable,
You are feeling happy and you're feeling so blessed to be here.
You are visualizing a calm and serene land,
Very peaceful.
You feel that you can sit and meditate here forever.
The place is so peaceful,
Just like the world inside you.
You are so peaceful with it.
You are sitting in meditation in that peaceful space charged with pure divine energy.
Slowly you visualize your parents,
Your father and mother standing in front of you,
Blessing you.
They are quite happy and smiling.
Silently thank your parents from deep within,
As they brought you into this wonderful world.
Now you are visualizing your teachers,
Or acharyas or gurus,
All those lovely masters who guided you in life.
As they come floating into your mind,
You thank them wholeheartedly,
Deeply,
Filled with gratitude.
Now you visualize the God that you worship.
Even if the God is formless,
You thank the divine energy wholeheartedly,
Deeply,
Filled with gratitude.
They are floating through your mind,
In and out,
Gracefully,
After stopping in front of you to bless you.
All of them are peaceful and happy.
As they float in,
Silently thank them deeply and wholeheartedly.
You are just watching them,
Thankfully,
As they enter and exit your mind.
As each of them come and go,
You are feeling more and more happy,
Peaceful and loved.
Take your time,
Give them time.
Don't be in a hurry.
As you are experiencing this wonderful sensation,
You are feeling more and more complete and satisfied.
Now,
Please take your attention to your spine.
Be aware of your spine.
Spine as the center axis of your aura body.
Try to visualize yourself in a full circle,
In 360 degrees,
With spine as the center axis.
Let this awareness stay always.
You are more complete when you are aware of your existence in 360 degrees circle.
Being aware of this state,
Gently,
Silently thank everything,
Every object that helped you to live on earth,
Including the food you have consumed so far,
Clothes that you wore,
Houses that sheltered you,
The money that passed through your hand,
Your bed and all the other materials that you used,
All people who served you till now and will serve you in the future.
Even if you cannot remember them,
Please express your gratitude to all of them and be deeply aware that without these objects and people,
Life on earth would not have been possible for you.
Slowly,
Focus your attention on your forehead.
Try to concentrate on the space between your eyebrows.
Do not force anything,
Repetition makes it perfect.
So,
Keep trying gently,
Very gently.
When thoughts enter,
Do not resist them.
Just watch the thoughts without participating.
See them come and go.
You are a witness of everything.
Just watch your thoughts come and go as they do not belong to you.
Now,
Slowly raise your right hand,
Bent at the elbow joint,
Palm facing outward in the blessing position.
Keep your right hand in the same position till you complete the meditation.
Keep your left hand as it is in Chin Mudra.
Now listen to your breathing,
Closely observe it.
With each inhalation,
Feel the energy flowing into you and feel this energy flowing out through your right palm in a regular stream.
It is an interrupter.
With each breath,
More and more energy is flowing into you.
Every cell of your body is feeling that pleasant vibration.
You are getting more and more charged with that energy flow.
As you feel this beautiful,
Powerful,
Divine energy flowing into you and flowing through you to the outside world,
Chant this affirmation silently in your mind deeply.
May deep peacefulness flourish within me and outside of me.
May happiness and bliss flourish within me and outside of me.
I am filled with love for everything and everything loves me.
I am a well balanced personality.
I have no fears,
No hatreds.
I give love and only love in all adversities and difficult times.
My world is filled with love and I love everybody.
I know that I am the pure spirit and I have no enemies.
Being pure spirit and part of the universal spirit,

Bless yourself that no negative emotions ever come into your mind.

Even if there are negative emotions lying in your mind from the past,
With this meditation,
They have left you completely.
You will not feel any more stress hereafter as you know that you are the pure divine spirit.
