Lesson 1
Concepts & Prejudices
The first step towards overcoming body and mind is becoming aware of concepts and prejudices before consciously working on removing them. A concept-ridden closed mind is a self-created prison. Like a caged bird that eventually gets used to its cage and loses all spontaneity to handle life in free nature if set free.
Man believes in his comfort zone prison and even believes that he is safe and hence pretty fine there. Freedom lies imprisoned forever there. Such men do "exist" but never "live."

Lesson 2
Fears
In Mohanji’s words, we are a “system” bound being tied with the ropes of fears and insecurities. If we break it, it’s a state of being unlimited. There are no impossibilities there. If we keep it, repetition of births happens unconsciously within the format of patterns.
Being aware is the key, and the lock is you. Unlock yourself. Look at fears objectively, find out about some of the worst fears in our lives and learn how to let go of them.

Lesson 3
Confidence
Once you conquer fear, you brim with confidence and courage, leading to freedom from the mind. This lesson covers self-confidence, superiority complex, appreciation, and the right attitude.
We can win everything if we have the right attitude. the right attitude can create miracles in your life and the world around you. It should be to win the obstacles that live inside us. We can be everything if we win over ourselves.

Lesson 4
Alignment Beyond Body & Mind
The main goal in life is to be free from bindings. To reach that state, alignment of body and mind is a necessary start. Then, you can go beyond them. Once you cross the barriers of the body and mind that restrict you with concepts and prejudices, you reach a state of witness-hood, a state in which you watch your life's happenings like a play.
Alignment means being well established in oneself. Such a one may not have external indulgences. Neither will they engage in praising or criticism. The very nature of perfect alignment is stillness.

Lesson 5
Inner Silence & Peace
Everything came out of silence and comes back to silence. Silence is our nature. It integrates us and unites us with ourselves. We are experiencing this earth, and for that, we are using our faculties such as body, mind, intellect, ego, and all the senses associated with it.
We experience this world through our senses. Once we know that silence is the base of our very existence, we start connecting to it – to the very core of our being. In this state, there is no pressure for thinking or expression. We connect to the Eternal Silence until we become that.

Lesson 6
Unlearning
To overcome our body and mind, there is nothing to learn. There is a lot to unlearn - the unnecessary information that we have accumulated over lifetimes. Knowledge is closely linked to the concepts and patterns we carry—our habits, addictions, prejudices, and limiting beliefs. During life on earth, our learnings often bring up dualities - happiness and sorrow, light and darkness, likes and dislikes, etc.
To rise above this, we need to unlearn, which takes us to our original and pure nature. What creates this duality which prevents us from what we want to become is the mind. So, in a true sense, unlearning helps us let go, be aware of situations and flow through life without resistance. As a result, we are more balanced and in sync with our true nature.

Lesson 7
Detachment
Detachment comes from finding happiness within, without craving for anything external. How can we practice this? Through witnesshood.
Witnesshood increases awareness, which leads to detachment, and detachment leads to release from bindings. Release leads to silence of the mind. What do we need to detach from? The first step would be to let go of the thoughts of "Me and mine."
Most often, we like to be in control. Once we let go of this feeling of being in control, we feel light, calm, and free. It is detachment that frees us, makes us dip into the essence of who we are, and live a life of contentment. It frees us from attachments and expectations and the corresponding disappointments. It is not suppression.

Lesson 8
Contentment
Contentment is a state of equilibrium, and in the silence that envelops you, you feel peaceful and satisfied with yourself. When you operate from a mode of selfishness, there is seldom any contentment. Selflessness often leads to contentment.
Living in this chaotic world, how can you find contentment? It is through selfless service. What you can give to the world each day is a thought that you need to practice. Besides selfless service, contentment is reachable through conscious practice. It is not easy to get there as we always swing between happiness and sorrow. But there is permanent happiness.
Great masters walked this earth before us, and we are grateful that we can experience this through their guidance.

Lesson 9
Soul Connection
To achieve completeness and to feel your true original self, you must regain and realize your soul connection. Minus the soul, there is no YOU.
The soul is like electricity and has no form. Soul has no beginning or end. The eternity is sitting within you in a neutral state. The soul never gets tired. It never denies, and it never feels a loss. The soul is always blissful, complete, and contented.
The glory of the soul is silence. When you become closer to Soul, you become neutral, and you will attain inner stillness. There is no separation between you and the soul. Soul connection is eternal. The soul is the energy aspect that enlivens the whole manifested creation while it remains in an un-manifested state of being.
With a better understanding of the soul connection, you are on your path of alignment beyond your body, mind, and spirit.

Lesson 10
Light Body Activation
When you connect to yourself, first connecting with body and mind, then moving closer to your soul, you align the body, mind, and spirit to plunge into the depth of inner silence. You consciously free yourself from concepts and patterns, one by one.
It is not an easy process at all but is extremely rewarding. With commitment and consistency, you reach a level of stillness and balance. You reach the state in which you can remain free, unbound. The Light body structure, the Light part within us, is always there in everybody.
This lesson shows what is preventing us from going to that level where we can sense it, feel it, and be it, and gives directions on how to get there.
