One can attain a state of calmness when in isolation. Doing breathing exercises, meditating, and connecting to oneself can help. Looking at ourselves objectively, identifying what is annoying us, not considering outside factors will also help. Let's love ourselves and the world around us!

We can attain a state of calmness through self-imposed isolation.

Take your time,

Maintain silence.

If you are unstable,

Then you have to maintain silence.

Do pranayama,

Breathing exercises.

Meditate,

Connect to yourself.

Assimilate,

Align yourself.

Look at yourself as an outsider.

Introspect,

Contemplate.

What exactly is annoying you?

Don't blame outside beings,

Spaces,

Time and people.

Instead go within and see what is hurting you inside.

Those are the things which you need to pluck out of your system.

Write them down on a piece of paper.

Burn them.

As the paper becomes ash,

Those feelings also should become ash in your mind.

Try to love yourself.

Try to love the world around you.

Try to forgive the events of life that gave you hurt and disappointments,

Which caused calamities in your life.

Try to forgive everything.

Love the past for good.
