Write them down on a piece of paper.
Burn them.
As the paper becomes ash,
Those feelings also should become ash in your mind.
Try to love yourself.
Try to love the world around you.
Try to forgive the events of life that gave you hurt and disappointments,
Which caused calamities in your life.
Try to forgive everything.
Love the past for good.
