Lesson 1
Earth
Our Earth is the most beautiful planet receiving each one of us selflessly with so much love and patience. It is the promised land for us to grow and experience the purpose for which we are born. As Mohanji says, it is a place that we rent for our stay from birth to death. How are we taking care of it during our stint on Earth? In all her compassion, she offers every bit of space for us to live a life of comfort and happiness. Let us use this day to seek her forgiveness and understand the value of Mother Earth on whose lap we repose!

Lesson 2
Water
Our planet comprises 75% water, and so does the human body. This natural element sustains life in various forms on Earth, bringing about a beautiful rhythm to the natural cycle. Its cooling and refreshing nature bring freshness. Its fluidity helps cleanse our body and environment. It flows, carrying everything that comes on its way, yet it remains plain. It offers itself for the benefit of others, keeps giving more and serves all without pride or discrimination. Let us see how we can flow like water and accept the circumstances, either good or bad, while remaining steady.

Lesson 3
Air
One essential element of nature for life on Earth is air. It is the carrier of life energy. From microbes to humans, parts of the air, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, sustain life. Air keeps everything fresh and vibrant. Even a small seed breaks through its shell and grows upward toward air and sunlight. Imagine life without air! Can life exist? This is something to ponder about. Are we taking it for granted? Let us use this day to appreciate the environment and take each breath with awareness. Let us ask for forgiveness for polluting the air with toxins.

Lesson 4
Animals
Nature would be incomplete without animals. Wild or domestic, herbivores or carnivores, they bringing about a balance in nature. How safe are they in a world dominated by man? Though they are our fellow beings, we deprive them of their homes and shelters, torture, capture, kill them, and eat their flesh. They raise their young as creatures of love. We need to respect them and give them their space, to harmonise the whole planet, and have a peaceful existence. How can we raise harmony in this world through peaceful coexistence with all other living species?

Trees
Trees are the lungs of our planet. Without them, there would be no oxygen to breathe. The trees laden with fruits, flowers, and seeds attract all species to it, including man. They also store carbon, stabilise the soil, and give life and shade to various species. Woods are home to wildlife and a variety of micro and macroorganisms. The woods have been provided by Mother Earth in her compassion to shelter us, protect us from the wind, sun, and the rain. Let us delve deep today and be honest with ourselves on how we can live in harmony with trees.

Lesson 6
Fire
Fire is a powerful element of nature. It is a source of energy, and the sun is its symbol. Fire brings purification, resurrection, hope, and eternity. It burns, purifies, and turns all negativity into ashes. From these ashes, like a phoenix, a new beginning rises. Fire depicts movement from darkness to light. Darkness means negativity in terms of anger, hatred, and jealousy. Where there is fire, there is no darkness. Let us bow down in respect to the mighty fire burning eternally and, through forgiveness, destroy all our negativities, bringing light, peace, and hope into our lives.

Lesson 7
Spaces
“You need to have space, an environment to experience and express yourself. Then, where is the problem? That is when we try to encroach into another person’s space, or when we believe that the other space also should be ours, or the other person need not have that space. In other words, if you think another person’s space is not significant.” - Mohanji
Let us forgive those who encroached our space and ask for forgiveness from those whose spaces we encroached knowingly or unknowingly.

Lesson 9
Spouse Or Partner
Our relationship with our spouse or partner is one of the most important aspects of our lives. What is the inherent pattern in this kind of relationship? Possessiveness and expectations. Possessiveness inhibits growth, complicating this beautiful relationship, and expectations bring dissatisfaction, disappointments, and a sense of non-acceptance, which are detrimental to our relations. This takes us further away from ourselves. Let us utilise this day to ask for forgiveness, to forgive our partners and live with complete inner peace, without any regret or guilt. Let us open ourselves to unconditional love in our relationships, present or past.

Lesson 10
Children
Children are unique individuals with their own life agenda. Our purpose is only to bring them into this world. Their life unfolds based on their mission. They are free spirits born to experience the world. Even if we don't have our biological children, we can consider all children of the world as ours. Today, through forgiveness, let us free ourselves from our binding expectations and let our love flow unconditionally to them and strengthen our relationship. Let us give them the space to discover and find their path. Let us lead by example, instead of binding them with preaching.

Extended Family
Our extended family includes our siblings, other relatives, and people who are with us by choice or through our spouse/partner. Different cultures, upbringing, beliefs, and childhood experiences can be a boon or a bane in such relationships. People react or behave differently based on their situation and frequency. Through forgiveness, unhook from the situations and relationship and move on. Pause and think about all those who brought you experiences in your life journey. Coworkers
Relationships with coworkers, bosses, employees, helpers, neighbours, and others who feature in our daily living contribute to our well-being. Any relationship that is built on expectations or selfish agenda will lose its flavour soon. Collectively, all people enrich our lives through the experiences that we have with them. These relationships may fade away once completed. We need to keep moving, accepting the relationships that come at any given point in time. Forgive and ask for forgiveness to unburden the regrets, guilt, or any other emotion that may be stored within due to a particular relationship.

Friends
On this day, focus on the beautiful friends you are surrounded with, who have been a pillar of strength and have weathered many a storm with you. Friendship is a responsibility, similar to our relationship with our parents and children. Be appreciative of what you share with them, and again in gratitude, cement your friendship with forgiveness and conscious love.
However, if friends have treated you as an option or cheated you, forgive them and pull yourself out of the memories of disappointment and hurt.

Lesson 14
Humans
It is time to learn to forgive humans in general - all the unknown people whom we tend to judge or feel pain or hatred for, when they behave violently or disrespectfully to others. Although we are not in direct contact with them, our grudge from judgements contaminates our inner space. While we appeal to their conscience and responsibility and do whatever we can to prevent them from creating negativity, forgive them so as not to poison your heart. Keep your inner space sacred and clean.

Lesson 15
Inner Child
Within each one of us, there is a child which should remain nurtured. However, often, this is prohibited from expressing itself because of our social conditioning, situations, preconceived notions, and concepts which we develop as we grow older. We must bring out the child and live each day with the freshness, purity, and innocence. The world then becomes a wonderful place.
Today, let us use forgiveness as our strongest virtue to let go of all bad memories; to forgive all the situations that have suppressed our inner child. Through this forgiveness journey, we let our inner child attain freedom.

Lesson 16
Body
Our body is a vehicle that carries the soul inside. It is our inner nature that is reflected on the outside. What is important is to respect this body and keep it clean and healthy to travel through this life. Think about the physical aspects that you love about yourself and those that you don't. Accept the physical aspects of your body and focus on everything with love and respect. We often forget the value of our body. We either ignore it or abuse it with wrong habits. Through forgiveness, let us unburden ourselves and enjoy freedom in totality.

Lesson 17
Self-Criticism & Guilt
"Bindings are inhibitions, fears, phobias, and guilt, my friend. And my advice to you is to have nothing to do with it. Flow with life, as fluid as you can be. The dates in the calendar are much closer than they appear." - Mohanji
Through self-reflection, let us unhook ourselves from internal dialogues that run through our minds due to our judgemental nature and which cripple us today. Some come from conditioning during childhood or social environment. Forgive yourself, let go, accepting the unique flavour of ourselves, and work on your strengths.

Lesson 18
Betrayal
Trust is crucial in any relationship. When a seed of doubt is planted, trust is shaken. Betrayal specifically breaches this trust, and when it happens, it is not easy to mend the bridges. It leaves behind deep scars and emotions that cannot be overcome easily. There could be situations where we could have possibly betrayed someone. We may be filled with anger, pain, insecurity, possessiveness, hatred, self-hatred, self-pity, and guilt. Bounce back with the understanding that betrayals are just experiences for us to rise above. How do we do this? Awareness and acceptance are the keys.

They have made you extremely heavy with regrets, guilt, helplessness and suffocation, fear and escapism. Pause, think and unhook yourself from these emotions. Start being a new you. Feel the love that flows in your heart for yourself. Feel the freshness, feel the freedom.

Lesson 20
Self-Acceptance
Acceptance begins and ends with you. Self-acceptance is your key virtue. You are unique, which adds a special flavour to the world. However, most often, the last thing we accept is ourselves. The first person we judge is ourselves. Self-acceptance helps in dropping judgement and helps in respecting the process that is happening in your life. Take every situation as an experience rather than analysing it as good or bad. It is time to take stock of the situations unfurling in your life today. Pause. With forgiveness in your heart, respond with positivity. Feel the lightness.

Lesson 21
Acceptance
Here is the science of unhooking: primarily, there will be overall mental freedom. First, you will feel free when you forgive and forget the past. There is no way that we can feel free when we are burdened by the past. Forgiving and remembering means we have not forgiven fully. What we can remember is only the lessons learnt. Forgiving and forgetting are essential for our own sake. Second, you will refrain from judging, interfering, criticizing, gossiping, and scandalizing people at any point in time. Third, you will have deep remembrance of higher purpose.
