Clear, simple instruction. I used to do this, but at some point a few years ago, I stopped. I had even been taking the last 15 minutes of my workday to write my next day's work plans, but that stopped, too.
I have been struggling to get back to a calmer, more peaceful, more effective and efficient way of living, particularly with a lot of new things coming into my life almost at the same time right now. I actually have a number of decluttering/organizing/business/school/professional books scattered on my bed right now as I tried to prioritize my plan of action to tackle each area. I chose this talk to listen to as I took a break, hoping hearing a voice other than my own would help calm my mind and shine a light on how to proceed. This talk absolutely did not disappoint!
I welcome the reminder of what worked so well for me in the past, and the extension that for me, planning time-frames is especially helpful.
Rather than returning to opening any of those books, I am putting on some music here that helps me focus, and I am about to reconstruct my goals, reverse engineering my path to success, and outlining a plan of action to make progress and achieve those goals.
Thank you for sharing such an important insight and reminder for us here, and as kindly and succinctly as ever. I see you and the light within you. Be well. ๐คฒ๐ปโค๏ธ๐คฒ๐ป
