You don't have to do anything,
There's nothing to figure out,
Nothing to accomplish,
All you need to do is to rest.

You'd like to close your eyes now,
Letting your breath flow softly and evenly.
Imagine that with every exhale you release more and more of the day,
Letting go of anything that no longer need to be held.
And perhaps you feel a lightness spreading through your body or a wave of peace flowing in.

It is perfectly okay to simply let go.
