This course was well organized and segmented for me to get the most out of it. I'm gettinng better with boundaries, both setting them and recognizing them when others are subtle with how they express their boundaries. The challenge I find hard is when people are inconsistent with boundaries but then want to be upset about the inconsistency. Also, what is a boundary for one person is not always a boundary for others, so trying to remember who has which boundary can be a challenge also. I have learned a lot. I wish I knew this stuff earlier in my life.
