Hello and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Jelena.
Today we are going to do a healing meditation addressing your ancestral blocks,
Generational pain or repeated negative patterns that run in your family.
Originally this technique is advised by Adyashanti and I have adapted it into a meditation with a few additions of my own based on my personal experience with this technique and after my friends and family trying it out as well.
You will need two chairs for this meditation that may be placed one next to another or the opposite of another and about 20 to 30 minutes of time so make sure you will remain undisturbed.
During this meditation you may have certain sensations or visualizations or images or sounds especially if you are on more of the sensitive side.
Do not be alarmed,
That's the normal part of the process and if you also don't feel see or hear anything that's also perfectly fine.
The energies are working their thing.
I would also like to warn you that you might feel a little bit tired or without the energy for a day or two following this meditation as all the things that are being healed are settling down and that will pass within a couple of days and you should feel better after that.

So let's begin now.
Take a seat on the chair you prepared.
Place your feet firmly on the ground.
Straighten your back.
If you need you may use some cushions to make yourself more comfortable.
Relax your shoulders.
Place your hands in your lap,
Palms up.
Relax your jaw,
Your face.
Slightly lower your chin and close your eyes.
Now take three deep breaths,
Relaxing with each exhale and centering yourself in the present moment.
We are going to begin by strengthening your energy field by balancing chakras.
Now let's start with the first chakra that is in the beginning of your spine where your tailbone is.
So imagine red color spinning around your waist and low stomach,
Lower back,
Dancing around your hips,
Expanding bit by bit.
Maybe you feel some vibrations or warmth.
Now focus on the area below your belly button,
Second chakra,
Imagine orange light vibrating around your stomach,
Your back circling around you.
Breathing to solar plexus above your belly button,
Yellow sunshine color spreading around.
Then up to the middle of your chest,
Close to the heart,
Green color energy dancing around your chest,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Onto your throat and your fifth chakra,
Beautiful blue around your neck.
To the third eye area,
Indigo color.
And to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Beautiful purple light.
All of these colors swirl around you in a beautiful dance and create protective field around you.
You feel safe and comfortable in that field of energy.
Now invite your ancestors,
It could be someone in particular or anyone who is connected to the pain you are going to work with or the block or it just may be a general invitation.
Great spiritual healers and guardians ask for their permission to release the blocks and patterns and pain,
Ask them for their support and their help in the process.
Call on now the pain,
The block,
The pattern you want to work on.
Invite it in.
Create the incoming energy with an open,
Calm mind and with love and wish for healing.
Observe the sensations,
Our images,
Our sounds that come.
If they are scary,
Observe the pain,
The fear you are feeling.
If they are hurtful,
Observe the pain you are feeling.
If they are sad,
Observe sadness and grief within you.
You are not your pain.
You are not your grief and you are not your fear.
Do not attach to the story and sensation.
Do not chase it,
Do not push it.
Just allow it and observe it.
Ex Tumblr say it now mentally to yourself,
To your ancestors and spirit guides and healers that you are leaving all those blocks and that energy and patterns on the chair in that field while you take your own karma,
Your own life,
Free to live to another chair.
You may visualize leaving all that in front of you or below you in that chair.
Once you're ready,
Carefully stand up and move to another chair while thinking about taking only your own energy,
Imagining how free you are now to live your full life and then take a seat on another chair.
Take now again three deep breaths but when you exhale,
Exhale with a ha sound.
Just like when you have finished something hard and you feel relieved.
Now turn to another chair.
Give your blessing to the energy that you left behind.
Give it thanks for the lessons learned,
For the direction it gave you,
For the strength it gave you in your life and send it back to light,
To universe where it belongs.
Imagine how this process frees your ancestors as well,
Yourself and your future generations.
Give your thanks as well to the ancestors you invited in,
To the spiritual guides and healers for their love,
For their support,
For their help.
And now do a quick body scan.
How does your body feel now?
Can you feel any lighter,
Any easier?
Can you feel that some of the pressure,
The burden is gone?
Can you feel the new space and new freedom you are given now?
For the next couple of minutes stay meditating on this new energy,
This new space,
This new feeling until you hear my voice again.

And slow down.
And slowly more bring your attention to your surroundings to the chair you're on feel your feet,
Feel your body your posture feel your hands,
You may wiggle your fingers or your toes and slowly when you're ready you may open your eyes thank you for being here today namaste
