Hello and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Yelena Fou.
Today's meditation is self-love meditation.
We are going to send May I messages to ourselves.
It is usually very easy for us to wish the best to people close to us,
To our friends,
Spouses,
Children.
But when we need to turn that love towards us,
Sometimes we feel we don't deserve it or that we don't know how to do it.
Sometimes we feel ashamed.
Today we are going to work on that and extend this love to ourselves because we are loving and worthy and beautiful human beings.
Please prepare for the meditation.
Find a comfortable place and comfortable posture for this meditation.
Make sure your back is straight,
Shoulders relaxed,
That you can breathe easily.
Relax your jaw,
Your face.
Close your eyes.
Invoke feeling of love.
You may think of a person,
Very much,
Or think back the situation where you felt so much love.
Where in your body do you feel your love?
Usually chest and heart area,
Our face with our smile,
Our arms and hands as we want to hug.
Basically we feel love in our whole body.
Feel like you are breathing love and sending loving vibrations to each part of your body.
Feel your body softening and opening more with the feeling of love.
Feel love with every fiber of your being.
Direct that love to yourself.
As you are repeating,
Following loving messages.
May I walk slowly and mindfully through life.
May I dance to the beat of my heart.
May I always hear the sound of my inner voice and have the courage to follow it.
May I accept my own humanity and imperfections.
May I easily learn from failure and difficulties.
May I cherish every step forward,
Every success,
Every victory,
Big or small.
May I stay humble in good moments and strong in difficult moments.
May I be open for love and connection at all times.
May I give and share all my gifts and abundance.
May I recognize the signs on my path and follow them with ease and faith.
May I always feel safe,
Loved,
May always feel supported,
Cherished,
May always feel connected,
May always feel whole and enough.

Rest now in this pure feeling of love,
Openness and acceptance.
Let it flow through you.
Let love calm you,
Comfort you,
Elevate you.
Let it flow beyond you,
To the people near and far,
And to all the living beings.

Bring your focus back to your body and to the place where you are.
