This practice guides you to expand your consciousness into the not-knowing and open your mind to more possibilities. When we hold onto the knowledge, plans and goals tightly we tend to limit our view or get into the state of uneasiness, trying to control life. Try to get into the emptiness of possibilities by accepting, even for a moment, that you don't know. Namaste!

Hello,

I'm Jelena and thank you for being here.

We are being brought up to celebrate knowledge,

To make plans and set goals,

And of course for the practical side of our daily lives that is absolutely necessary.

However,

When it comes to our spiritual growth,

Making plans and goals and hanging on to knowledge tightly can be very limiting.

It can make us control or try to control things tightly and choosing the things that might not be right for us at some points as our view of the world becomes more limited.

Not knowing opens the door to wisdom and allows for unthinkable opportunities to show up.

When we relax into not knowing,

New options,

New perspectives open up and we allow universal energy to flow freely and guide us.

So today let's try to relax into not knowing.

For my every question that applies to you,

Try to answer to yourself with I don't know,

Even if it's just for a second.

Try to feel the I don't know.

Try to expand your mind into the space of I don't know.

Now please find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

And relax your body and mind.

Breathing in,

I invite my energy back.

Breathing out,

I exhale all this tail energy.

Breathing in,

I send waves of relaxation to my whole body.

Breathing out,

I exhale all the tension.

Breathing in,

I'm present in this moment.

Breathing out,

I accept all that this moment is.

Now let's begin with the questions.

Who am I?

Is this job,

This career or this school right for me?

How can I provide enough for myself and my family?

Is this relationship right for me?

What is my purpose in this life?

Am I on the right path?

Why did this happen to me?

What is life trying to teach me?

What should I do next?

You may now add a few more questions of your own,

And with each question continue to relax more into not knowing,

Into the space and openness of not knowing.

Relax into the not knowing.

Notice how the boundaries disappear.

Fall into the energy of emptiness.

Feel how you are now completely free.
