COURSE

The Relax & Restore Breathwork Series

With Katharine Chestnut

This course is designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional unwinding through 12 thoughtfully guided breathwork meditations. Each practice helps you gently shift out of stress, overthinking, and tension, and into a calmer, more grounded state by activating the body’s natural rest-and-digest response. Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to use breath as a dependable tool for slowing your body and mind without forcing relaxation or “doing it right.” These meditations are meant to be practiced before sleep, after demanding days, or anytime you need to settle your system and feel safe in your body again. Over time, you can expect improved relaxation, easier transitions into rest, and a growing sense of calm that carries beyond the practice and into daily life.
