It is a challenge to achieve much in such a short affirmation. Having said that I would recommend this for a quick fix in a situation where you feel stressed or vulnerable.

Just what I needed in this moment of high stress & confusion in the midst of difficult health conditions. Usually, when I hear someone say to focus on my breath (while highly anxious), my ability to do so becomes more anxiety producing, but not after this quick, yet powerful soothing meditation 😌✨. I instantly felt ‘angel bumps’ (goosebumps) as I call them. Perfect choice of music too. Blessings & Namaste 🙏🏻 ✨😇💜
