Katharine Chestnut, founder of the Mindful Life is more than a personal growth wellness coach and an emotional abuse recovery advocate. She's a mindfulness meditation teacher, a guide, a healer, and a friend to those who are caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and yearn for balance, peace, and joy. Through her empathic understanding and nurturing guidance, she takes you on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to find balance, or grappling with life transitions, Katharine has the knowledge and resources to support your journey. Katharine has been practicing and teaching mindfulness and self-care for many years, accumulating an array of practical techniques and strategies to reduce stress and foster resilience. Her passion for helping others stems from her personal struggle with the perils of neglecting self-care and emotional well-being, as well as the trials faced during life transitions. She overcame these hurdles by embracing mindfulness, prioritizing self-care, and committing to personal growth.
