No contact is one of the most important obstacles you can overcome.
No contact means that you don't answer text messages or emails or phone calls or even your front door.
No contact means that you don't check social media,
That you don't investigate what is going on.
No contact means that you do not speak to people who are connected with the source of your trauma.
No contact means no energy in any way,
Shape or form is given and you no longer accept the energy that causes you pain.
Gently breathe.
Stay connected to your body.

When you attempt to control someone or something that is out of control,
The only outcome is that you will be completely controlled by that person or thing.
No matter how bad it feels,
You do have the ability to create this journey of self.
One breath at a time.
You are here to learn,
To take responsibility for your own journey,

You have the strength and courage to keep no contact when every part of you wants to reconnect.
You have the commitment to focus on what is really important.
