This course will give you a basic framework to begin and sustain a consistent and home yoga practice through a deeper understanding of what the most important aspects of the practice you should focus on. A collection of 5 talks that discuss the foundation of a true yoga practice. Yoga was meant to be done on a regular basis with a focus on specific nuances. Practicing with a teacher is essential, but knowing these small adjustments that you can do will take your yoga practice from physical exercise to true mindfulness that leads to transformation.


Meet your Teacher

Rebecca has been certifying yoga teachers for over a decade and has over 20,000 teaching hours. Drawing on her 30 years of personal practice and extensive experience, it's effortless for her to creatively sequence any type of class. She is known for her ability to challenge students and build confidence at the same time. Rebecca is a registered yoga teacher at the experienced advanced level (ERYT500) level and a certified yoga therapist registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (CIAYT). She is also a certified medical intuitive (Meridian Energetics), is trained in traditional Thai Yoga Therapy (Nuat Thai), and has a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Buffalo, New York.
