I really loved this course. I have tried so many different things (melatonin, dim light, sleep music) and none of it worked. It wasn't until I listened to this course that it really clicked and that I realized it was my relationship with sleep that was the problem. I can't wait for tonight to start implementing what I have learned from this course. I have the feeling it will make a huge difference in my sleep and recovery.
