Somatic Coach | Breathwork & Yoga Teacher | Trauma-Informed Practitioner Sherry’s journey into holistic healing began in 2003 with a foundation in Clinical Nutrition and has since evolved into a deeply integrative, body-based practice. As a somatic coach and trauma-informed guide, she draws from training in Somatic Experiencing, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning (DARe), cognitive restructuring, and embodied breathwork to help others reconnect with their inner landscape. In 2025, she was selected to serve on the Capacity Path Disaster Cadre, offering on-call behavioral health crisis support during federally declared emergencies. This real-world experience reinforces her commitment to safety, emotional resilience, and grounded presence in her work. Her sessions blend somatic exercises and nervous system regulation tools with Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and gentle Qigong, creating a compassionate space for release, rest, and embodied awareness. Sherry incorporates a wide range of breath-based techniques—including nasal pranayama, Buteyko, and Oxygen Advantage—into her meditations and movement practices. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or emotional integration, her work supports balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to your body and breath.

I'm going through an intense deprescribing of psychiatriac medications that have left my body and nervous sytem a wreck. This was just perfect to help me relieve some of the intense jaw tension and overall neck and shoulder tension. The pace was perfect and no too challenging as I had to do it from my bed. Ii liked very much how you did not narrate the practice while doing it and instead narrate over the video. I was much less distracting for my neurodivergent brain and I wish more teachers would do this, though I realize it takes a lot more time to produce a video this way. I am grateful you took time to do this. Thank you very much.

Thanks Sherry. Another helpful track. I found the diaphragm massage particularly useful, on top of the other regular ventral vagal toning practices.🙏🙏🙏

I was having a lot of lower skull/upper neck pain so I looked for releasing tension. Saw this and got excited, and I was right to be. 20 minutes later and the pain is gone, plus I feel so much more relaxed. Thank you so much! I'm doing this again!

Very helpful thanks you. I have found somatics really good for my nervous system dysregulation. Having the video guidance adds useful cues that enhance the spoken cues. Deep gratitude 🙏
