Putting aside worries and concerns.

The future and the past.
Orienting to this present moment.
Opening awareness to the way your body is feeling,
Sitting on the chair or the cushion.
Connecting with the earth.
Being held by the earth.
Expand your awareness to the domain of hearing.
Into sounds arise and pass away.
Some unpleasant,
Some unpleasant.
Allowing them to come and go.
Sensations in your body coming and going.
Sounds coming and going.
Expand your awareness to the mental domain,
The domain of thoughts.
Mental experiences.
Notice them coming and going.
Notice the lure of some thoughts inviting you to engage in them.
And notice the resistance to other thoughts.
You may wish to censor them.
Simply let thoughts be.
And watch the show.
The thoughts arising and passing.
And you're invited to open your eyes if they're not already open.
And see what you're seeing.
Letting sensations in your body arise and pass away.
Allowing sounds to arise and pass away.
Letting thoughts,
Moods,
Emotions,
Stakes of mind,
Come and go.
Build up and pass on by.
And seeing the shifts in sights.
Noticing the gentle movements of trees.
Nature.
Noticing people,
Worms,
The environment we're in right now.
An interplay of internal and external.
Rest in awareness.
And watch,

Listen,
And experience life.
This is how emotions spawn.
