In this meditation we bring awareness to the fact that all humans - just like us - experience the range of emotions. In this meditation we imagine a person dear to us, sitting opposite of us. As we do so, we acknowledge that - just like us - they’ve felt sad at times in their life and - just like us - they’ve felt happy. Once we realise that we’re not separate from others but very similar, we can feel a deep connection to other human beings and a great compassion toward ourselves.
