This meditation is often taught on the retreat day of the 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR). We begin by imagining that our body is a mountain and are then guided through each season on the surface of the mountain. At the same time, we keep an awareness that the inside of the mountain is never-changing. It’s a safe place in the mountain and our body, that we can always access. Led by Alexa Fay
