
Intention Setting Double Induction: Habit & Behaviour Change
This track works with your unconscious mind to help you set an intention to change a behavior or habit that you're ready to let go of now. You will hear two voices, one in each ear. As this is unconscious work, you don't have to follow either of the voices and if you experience any confusion it is a good sign that your unconscious has taken over. You can sleep through this practice... The unconscious mind works only in our best interests and this practice helps to make sure that it is up-to-date and aware of what you want for yourself and your life.
