So just seat yourself comfortably and notice the feedback that your body gives you.
Notice your breathing settling down and there may be sounds around you outside the room or inside,
Just allowing those sounds to drift past you and doing the same with any thoughts which may be drifting through your mind.
You have an intention for this course,
An outcome which you intend to make happen.
So now is the time to decide on your intention and articulate it.
Remember you need to state your intention in the positive,
So not what you don't want but what you do want.
And to be really clear on your intention,
You need to know when you can expect results.
So I wonder now if you can imagine in front of you a time in the future when your intention is achieved.
Gently moving,
So staying where you are and finding all of your own ways.
See your outcome,
Your achieved goal over there in the future.
Feeling the depth deep within you right now as you expand your consciousness.
And you might hear the sounds of your achieved goal coming from over there in the future.
Or from over there.
I've been moving round and round.
And there might even be a feeling you know is just over there where your intention is achieved.
Sending vibrations out,
Seeing all that you can see.
Knowing that it's there in front of you in your future.
So I wonder now as you look at that achieved intention,
Achieved outcome over there in the future.
If you can imagine yourself going over there and stepping into the picture.
And you can hear here all the things that you would like to.
And as you step into the picture,
Just imagine the kinds of things,
The kinds of things that you might be seeing in the future with your achieved outcome.
And all the way up to the skies.
And all the way out to the light of the universe.
And the deepness of the inky blue depths of the dark.
Turning,
Turning,
Turning.
Moving around.
Letting yourself absorb all the new wisdom.
And as you're inside that already achieved outcome,
Notice how that feels.
The going under.
The going round.
The going deep.
The going high.
And notice what you know.
Wow the sense around your mind.
Enjoying more and more.
So from here,
In this place,
Where your outcome is achieved.
I wonder if you can turn around and look back to the person that you left meditating there.
And as you look back in that direction,
Notice what obstacles or diversions did you overcome to get here,
To the future,
To the achieved goal.
And touching and moving and feeling all the sensations now that are going round and through your body.
The coursing of the energy through your veins.
And as you stand here looking back at all those completed obstacles.
Of all that you can do.
All that you are.
How did you get round them?
And all that you can be.
How did you get through them?
How did you get over them or past them to get here to your achieved goal?
And here you are in the future with all the knowledge and the wisdom and the resources that helped you to achieve that outcome.
And know yourself to be a guardian or a guide.
And all that is within your mind.
And shuffling and changing the shapes that you want.
And so as guardian or guide start to move back towards yourself sitting there meditating.
And when you get there,
In the role of guardian or guide.
You might have resources which you gift to this present self.
Feeling the weight.
Feeling the mind where they're comfortable.
Ever more comfortable.
Deep within.
It might be a strategy or a behaviour.
It might be people or places or things.
Breathing in.
It might be a belief.
And breathing out.
So visualise that guardian or guide of your future self.
Giving you those resources now.
Taking resources in.
Giving those resources to yourself.
And also being open to receiving those resources.
That's right.
And all that is within your mind.
And shuffling and changing the shapes that you want.
Having received these resources.
Just sitting with them for a moment.
Feeling the texture.
Feeling the weight.
Feeling the movement where they're comfortable.
Ever more comfortable.
Deep within.
Noticing your breathing.
Noticing your body.
Taking resources in.
And allowing those resources to settle now.
As you begin to come back to this moment.
Ready to feel alert.
And bright.
Ready to breathe as you want to.
With the energy that you would like.
Releasing any visualisation now.
Aware of your surroundings and the space around you.
Any sounds around you.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
That's the end of our practice for today.
