Thank you, this helped me so much get out of my head. I had surgery a week and a half ago, which I was already having anxiety over. To top it off, I started having a cold 2 days ago and this is giving me shortness of breath, so I am overthinking every little pain or discomfort I’m feeling and having a hard time getting out of my head. But this felt very freeing. 🌸
