Hello and welcome to this EFT for Abundance.
My name is KC and I will be guiding you through this practice today.
Before we begin,
Find a comfortable seat where your back is supported and you're either grounding down through your sitting bones in a cross-legged position on the ground or with your feet firmly planted on the ground beneath you.
Take a few rounds of breath,
Slow smooth inhales through your nose and slow smooth exhales out your lips.
Two more,
One last time,
Nice full deep breath,
Expanding your belly,
Slow smooth exhale through the mouth.
So before we start tapping,
Take a moment to evaluate where you are on a scale of one to ten.
Ten being extremely uncomfortable,
Maybe lots of sensation and anxiety,
And a one being basically non-existent.
I will say the setup statement three times and all the other statements twice.
So sitting up nice and tall,
Let's begin tapping at the karate chop point.
It does not matter which hand you begin tapping with,
Just do what feels comfortable.
I will guide you through the practice on where to tap,
Just listen for my verbal cue.
So tapping on the karate chop point on the outside edge of your hand,
The pinky side,
Even though I have anxiety about my abundance or lack thereof,
It is safe for me to relax.

We will begin our first round of four,
Tapping at the third eye.
The topic of abundance brings me so many anxious feelings.

Tapping on the side eye,
The sensations are overwhelming.

I start to shut down when it's too much.

I begin to feel hopeless.

Chin,
I feel stuck.

Tapping at your collarbone,
I don't know what to do.

Tapping under the arm,
But something has to change.

Tapping at the crown of your head,
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Pause here for a moment.
Allow your hands to rest in your lap and stay here for two to three cycles of breath,
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing your body and any sensations,
Noticing any thoughts that are coming up for you right now.
When you're ready,
Tapping at the third eye.

I am blessed with many things.

I am abundant in many ways.

I'm pausing here in between this round and the next,
Taking a few cycles of breath,
Inhaling through your nose,
Slowly exhaling through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
Begin tapping at the third eye.
When I begin to feel anxiety,

Side eye,
I can take long,
Deep inhales.

Deep deep inhales under eye and slow exhales through my nose and slow exhales through my nose.
Tapping under the nose,
I can slow down my breath and my thoughts.

Tapping at your chin,
I don't need to stay stuck in these feelings or this fear.

Tapping at your collarbone,
I can move beyond my fear.

Tapping under the arm,
And I know the universe wants me to be abundant.

Take a moment to pause between our rounds with a few cycles of breath,
Breathing in through your nose and a slow,
Smooth exhale through your mouth.
Taking one more full round of breath,
Relaxing the shoulders away from your ears and we'll begin tapping at the third eye for our final round.
I have everything I need.

The universe always provides.

Tapping under the eye,
It's my ability to see my abundance.
It's my ability to see my abundance under the nose that allows me to feel abundant,
That allows me to feel abundant.
Tapping at your chin,

Staying present and in the feeling of abundance gives me more.

The universe gives me more when I am grateful for what I already have.

Gently allow your hands to rest in your lap.
Take another few cycles of breath,
Noticing how you feel,
Observing if any emotions,
Feelings,
Sensations have shifted.
And if they haven't,
That's okay.
Just know that you can come back to this practice anytime you feel like it.
