This EFT is for releasing any anxiety. Before beginning, rate your anxiety on a scale from 1-10, with 10 being extreme discomfort and pain. Know that this practice can help alleviate your anxiety, but it is not a one and one exercise. Please use this and other EFT/meditation practices to help encourage the relaxation response. Hope this serves you.

Hello and welcome to your EFT tapping session for releasing anxiety.

My name is Casey and I will be leading you today.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to assess our most pressing issue dealing with anxiety.

Write it on a scale of 1 to 10,

10 being the most uncomfortable,

1 being a non-issue.

Just gauge and see where you are right now.

And hopefully by the end of this practice,

You will feel a little bit better.

We will begin at the karate chop point with our most pressing issue statement.

I will guide you through all four rounds on where we are going to be tapping.

So starting at the karate chop point,

It doesn't matter which side or which hand you tap with.

Even though I feel anxiety,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

We'll say that two more times.

Even though I feel anxiety,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I feel anxiety,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Round one,

Starting at the third eye.

This anxiety that I feel,

I feel it in my chest,

My stomach,

My head,

My ears,

My shoulders,

And my throat,

And my mouth becomes dry.

Side eye,

It makes it difficult to breathe.

Under eye,

I am paralyzed by my anxiety.

Under the nose,

I don't want to feel this way anymore.

Chin,

My life doesn't feel the way I want it to when I live in anxiety.

Collarbone,

I want to be free of my anxiety.

Under arm,

I want to feel calm.

Crown,

I want to feel better.

Round two,

Third eye.

I know I can feel the anxiety building in my body.

Side eye,

I can stop my anxious thoughts.

Under eye,

I can think about something different.

Under nose,

I have control over what I think about.

Chin,

I can choose my thoughts and what I focus my energy on.

Collarbone,

I don't have to live in anxiety.

Under arm,

I can change my thoughts.

Crown,

When I change my thoughts,

I can change my feelings.

Round three,

Third eye.

I know the things my anxiety makes me think are not true.

Third eye,

Only I have the power to give these ideas life and meaning.

Under eye,

As soon as a false idea comes to my thoughts,

I can dismiss it immediately.

Under nose,

I realize I am the one causing my own anxiety,

My own suffering.

Chin,

When I believe these false ideas,

I cause myself pain.

Collarbone,

I can change my thoughts.

Under arm,

I can change my feelings.

Crown,

I can be anxiety free.

Under four,

Third eye.

When I feel anxiety building,

I can practice breathing.

Side eye,

I can change my thoughts.

I do not need to become them.

Under eye,

I can allow the anxiety to leave my body when I exhale out slowly and smoothly.

Under the nose,

I can take in full deep breaths without restriction.

Chin,

I feel free.

Collarbone,

I feel lighter.

Under arm,

My thoughts no longer control me.

Crown,

I live in peace and love.

On your next exhale,

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap or on top of your knees.

Taking a few more cycles of breath,

Inhaling through your nose and a smooth exhale out your mouth.

Two more times just like that.

Slow smooth inhale through your nose.

Open mouth exhale release.

Release all of the anxiety.

One last time,

Inhaling through your nose.

Open mouth exhale release.

Thank you so much for joining me for this EFT on releasing anxiety.

Take a moment now again at the end of our practice to gauge where you are on that scale of one to ten.

And just remember,

If the number hasn't changed,

Know that you can keep coming back to this practice anytime you need it.

Inhaling is not a one and done thing.

Thank you again so much for joining and I will see you next time.

Thank you.

Best day.

Worked really well for me. I realized that there is a lot of sadness behind my anxiety. So I will find another EFT taping to do regarding my sadness. Very interesting. Thank you.

Today was my first time trying this EFT track and I like it a little better than others I’ve tried because of the specific words she used for us to tap on. Thank you.

That helped. Only one suggestion I find it hard to keep up with your statements. Any way to slow it down?
