This EFT/tapping practice to meant to help in releasing fear. Each round will bring more relief. Remember, healing isn't a one and done process. Keep coming back to the practice to help with relief from discomfort.

Hello and welcome to your EFT for releasing fear.

My name is Kacie and I am so happy to be able to provide this service for you today.

So thinking about our most pressing issue on a scale of 1 to 10,

Assess right now where you are currently.

There is no right or wrong answer here.

And then at the end we'll take a moment again to evaluate our most pressing issue and to see if perhaps our feelings have lessened on that scale.

So starting with our most pressing issues statement,

We'll say that three times.

So tapping on the karate chop on the side of the hand.

Even though I feel fear in my body,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Third eye.

I hold fear in my body.

Side eye.

I feel that fear in my stomach,

My chest,

My throat,

My spine.

Under eye.

It is difficult to breathe.

Under the nose.

I don't like feeling fearful.

Chin.

Life is difficult when I live in fear.

Collarbone.

I want to live without fear.

Underarm.

Something always pulls me back into fear mode.

Crown.

I do not want to live in fear.

Round two.

Third eye.

I want to live in love,

Free from fear.

Side eye.

I am ready to release my fear.

Under eye.

I am ready to feel good.

Under the nose.

I am strong enough to let go of my fear.

Chin.

Anytime I begin to feel fearful,

I will choose love.

Collarbone.

Love is greater than fear.

Underarm.

Fear has no home here.

Crown.

I live in love.

Round three.

Third eye.

I can feel my stomach and my chest releasing and softening.

Side eye.

My shoulders move down my back.

Under eye.

My exhale grows longer and I feel relaxed.

Under the nose.

My chest feels less tight and more open.

Chin.

I can take deep breaths into my body with ease.

Collarbone.

Each exhale,

I become less fearful.

Underarm.

Each inhale,

I breathe in more love.

Crown.

Living in love is my birthright.

Final round.

Third eye.

My heart is open.

I live in love.

Side eye.

I welcome new experiences that challenge me to go and grow beyond my comfort zones.

Under eye.

I trust my intuition,

Yet don't let my imagination run wild.

Under the nose.

I can control my thoughts and choose higher vibe thoughts.

Chin.

I live in love.

Collarbone.

I am compassionate and empathetic and offer those to those living in fear.

Underarm.

I focus on the things I can control.

Crown.

Living in love opens my heart to the divine.

And on your exhale,

Allow your hands to rest in your lap.

Take a moment now to evaluate your most pressing issue on the scale of one to ten.

Do you feel like your most pressing issue has shifted and you feel a little relief?

If yes,

Wonderful.

If not,

That's okay too.

Just keep practicing.

Relief will come.

Thanh you so much for this beautiful practice. I’m grateful to have founf you. I have been on a recovery journey from Bell’s palsy for 5 days. This EFT practice gave me a genuine feeling of fear and that I am loved. And not alone. As a trauma survivor I often can’t handle sitting meditation and am learning from you EFT is a practice I do feel safe with.
