I was skeptical going in but this course offered clear, specific and realistic steps to help understand one’s current use of tech/devices and if needed, set healthy boundaries and intentions around use of devices going forward. I know I need and want to make such changes for myself and feel like this course gave me a game plan to do so. I appreciate the short length of the sessions as it will be easy to revisit if needed. Thank you.
