This grounding meditation is best done outdoors with bare feet if that's available to you, but can otherwise be done anywhere. Connecting your bare feet to the Earth is calming and grounding for the mind, regulates the nervous system, neutralises the body's electrical charge and can even have health benefits like reducing inflammation! If an outdoor, bare foot connection isn't available for you, this meditation will still have grounding and calming benefits as you are guided to remember that you are always connected to the Earth, wherever you are.
