Through Yoga Nidra, Neuro-Nidra™, nervous system regulation, and gentle therapeutic practices, I guide you into stillness that doesn’t demand fixing or effort. This is not about becoming better. It’s about becoming safer. This work has a way of “lengthening your fuse” — creating more space between trigger and response, reaction and choice.
