Find a comfortable place where you can lie down and melt into the surface that you are on.
I invite you to surround yourself with soft things,
Pillows,
Blankets,
And if you can,
Dim the lights.
As you breathe,
Call in your higher self,
Your spiritual protector and guides as you melt towards the earth.
Soften your body even more as you let go of your hips,
Shoulders,
Head and heels and drop into an ocean of calm.
Slow down your breathing.
Soften or close your eyes and let go of your fingers,
Jaw and feet.
With conscious awareness,
Soften your shoulder blades and back and allow each exhale to softly come out of your mouth.
Feel into protection and love as I bring in our intention three times.
You may repeat this intention in your mind or just listen.

Bring awareness to your breath,
And as you breathe,
Softly blow the air of each exhale out of your mouth,
And bring energy awareness to the protection and love all around your physical,
Emotional,
And spiritual body.
Any tight spots in the body are representing a cord that is taking energy away from you.
As you feel into these areas,
Use the energy of light to cut or slice through the cord,
And visualize filling the hole with the highest vibrational light and healing the experience within you.
Continue to breathe,
Exhaling through your mouth,
As you work through each area of tension the same way.
Use the energy of light to cut or slice the cord,
And fill in the hole with the highest vibrational light as you heal each experience.
Allow the light to plug the holes that were previously draining your energy,
And with each area of tension that has been acknowledged,
And every cord cut,
Soften your body as much as you can.
Sense into and welcome the healing process.
Become aware of warmth,
Coolness,
And be with the softness of your body,
Welcoming in even more softness.
As you breathe,
Make room for release,
Wisdom,
And the nourishment of light.
Make room for forgiveness,
Healing,
And hope.
Visualize light beams beaming out of your whole body,
So bright.
In your mind,
Watch the light dance around your body,
Flooding you with softness and love.
Begin to bring in colors to this light,
And flood this colorful light through the trillions of cells that you carry with you,
Letting go of your body even more as your breath falls out.
Visualize wholeness,
Visualize renewed energy,
And visualize healing as I come back to our intention.
