Rianna Hijlkema

Rianna is a full-time traveler and serial entrepreneur. She is currently based in Bali, although rarely in one place for long. While many people are encouraged to choose one path and stick with it, Rianna found that following her curiosity and multiple interests led to a more fulfilling life. Over the years, her work has evolved around themes that shape how people experience life and business: emotional regulation, relationships, and mindset. Through her teachings on Insight Timer, she shares practical reflections and guidance that help people navigate difficult emotions, accept what cannot be changed, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Today, Rianna runs multiple businesses while living a location-independent life and has spent the past 15 years traveling the world. All donations are greatly appreciated and will go entirely to female empowerment projects run in Nepal.
