Step 2: Release Old Money Stories
In this lesson, you’ll gently release the old money stories that no longer serve you. The inherited fears, guilt, and scarcity patterns are passed down through generations. These stories were often never yours to begin with. They may have come from your parents, culture, or past experiences where receiving felt unsafe or wrong.
Through a guided reflection and visualization, you’ll acknowledge these old narratives with compassion and begin to let them go. This is not about blame, it’s about freeing yourself from the emotional weight of beliefs like “there’s never enough,” “I have to work hard to deserve money,” or “wanting more makes me selfish.”

Now that you’ve released what’s not yours, it’s time to consciously choose what is. In this lesson, you’ll begin building your new money identity. Instead of being defined by fear, scarcity, or guilt, you’ll start defining yourself by confidence, integrity, and peace. You’ll learn how to shift from “I’m not enough” to “I am capable and deserving.” From “Money is hard” to “Money flows where I add value.” Through guided visualization and affirmations, you’ll reconnect with the version of yourself who already feels abundant, the version who gives and receives with ease.
