This applies whether you are navigating a breakup, a job loss, a friendship ending, a missed opportunity, a grief you have carried for years, or an expectation you have been quietly furious about. Please note: this course deals directly with grief, loss, and emotional pain in many forms. Some content may bring up difficult feelings. That is not a side effect. That is the work.
