Clare's calling is relationship coaching. She helps people create healthy relationships and communicate constructively and from love. She is flexible in her approach and believes that resolving past 'baggage' frees people to be present, authentic, and loving in their relationships. She uses the Walters Method (TWM): a set of elegant, body-based guided meditations. It is a gentle and direct way to neutralise triggers, release shock held in the body, and quieten the inner judge leaving clients grounded in love, acceptance, and peace and touch with their inner wisdom and power. Clare has developed The Walters Method over the past 15 years, learning from some of the world's greatest spiritual teachers such as Gangaji, Brandon Bays, and Ramana. She has helped thousands of people, is a published author, and has created a not-for-profit training company that accredits TWM practitioners and a social enterprise that offers support to people who could not otherwise access it. She lives part-time in Yorkshire and Norfolk UK. She has 4 children and 3 grandchildren (to date). She is passionate about nature conservation and is a climate activist.
