This guided visualization will allow you to simply and completely release all the emotions you are holding: your anger, grief, shame, and despair. These might relate to a recent issue, but more than likely you have been harboring them since you were small. Once you have fully and completely let them go you will be left feeling calmer, more open, and still. This is perhaps the most important visualization I have shared. It has taken years of practice to develop and yet it is the most elegant and easy to follow of all The Walters Method exercises.
