The PRP is a powerful exercise which allows you to feel into and release emotions and pain you are harbouring. It drops you through the layers until you reach a deep place of emotional freedom, calmness and oneness. This allows you to open to a fresh perspective on your pain and feel into a wise, compassionate and present perspective. It can release emotional and physical pain - just start with whatever you are feeling in the body right now. You might need to reach out to a trained PRP guide the first time you experience the PRP - our fear-minds are sometimes resistant to letting go of control and fully surrendering to whatever we are feeling, believing that we won't survive. Trust me, that when you do surrender you will find an overwhelming sense of liberation and a release of pain and you won't look back! You can message me for guidance on this at any time.
