In this lesson I talk about letting go of the habitual clinging that we have to thoughts & how we can start to introduce spaciousness into our body & mind. I included a short, easy somatic exercise to help you with the meditation in lesson 2

Spaciousness Meditation
In this lesson you get to put what you learned in lesson one to practice, in a gentle guided meditation where you get to relax, ground & connect to your body - gradually letting go & opening to spaciousness

Quantum Proof
In this final lesson, following on from your experience in the meditation, we explore the profound parallels between the embodied feeling of letting go into spaciousness & theories within quantum physics.
