Be With It
In this session, we’ll explore how to sit with grief and fully experience the emotions that arise without judgment. Through mindfulness techniques and a guided meditation, you’ll learn to create space for your grief, allowing yourself to feel and acknowledge the intensity of the emotions. This session will help you build a foundation of presence and acceptance, guiding you to simply "be with" your grief as it unfolds.

All Of It
In our second session, we’ll dive deeper into the stages of grief, exploring how each stage manifests in your life. You’ll learn to identify and navigate these stages with awareness, gaining tools to respond mindfully to the emotional ups and downs of the grieving process. With guided meditations and reflective questions, this session offers a deeper understanding of grief’s natural cycle, helping you to embrace "all of it" as part of your healing journey.
Lezione 3
Loving-Kindness
The final session focuses on cultivating self-compassion and loving-kindness. You’ll be guided through a Loving-Kindness meditation, offering gentleness and warmth toward yourself and others. This session is about nurturing yourself during your grief, encouraging you to extend compassion in moments of pain and loss. By the end, you’ll have a practice you can turn to whenever you need comfort and support, helping you to heal with kindness and care.
