During this meditation,
We'll be focusing on positive affirmations that support high self-esteem and confidence.
Settle into your space and in your body by finding a comfortable way of being.
Whether that's in a seated position on the floor or perhaps lying down,
Allow the next few minutes to be totally yours.
There's nothing to do here and there's nowhere else that you need to be.
Take a deep breath through the nose and exhale through your mouth.
Notice with each breath,
Your body and mind relaxing deeper and deeper.
The mind is a powerful tool.
Oftentimes we get so caught up in everyday activities that we miss the opportunity to slow down long enough to listen to this tool.
You're here now to do that.
This is a practice.
We are full of ideas,
Thoughts,
Memories,
Narratives,
And judgments.
Oftentimes these judgments have a way of their own,
Creating stories that we believe.
Stories that become a part of who we are.
But just like a cloudy day,
These judgments tend to block out the light and the truth.
And the stories and words that we focus on are the stories that play out in our daily lives.
So with that in mind,
We'll take the remainder of the session to breathe with intention and nourish ourselves with positive affirmations.
I invite you to repeat the following phrases either aloud or silently to yourself.
Every day,
In every way,
I am getting better and better.
Everything is working out for me.
I am one with the universe.
And the universe has perfect timing.
I am enjoying this moment.
I am so in love with who I am right now.
I love who I am right now and who I am becoming.
Things are always working out for me.
I am doing a really great job.
The universe has my back and I trust that.
I love being me.
