Welcome to your meditation.
This moment asks for your awareness.
Take a moment to pause and notice your breath.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
As you settle in,
Find a comfortable way of being.
Sitting upright with your spine stretched out from the top of the sky to the bottom towards the floor.
Notice your form here,
Your body.
And as we move through this session,
Continue to come back to your breath and your form.
As you find your mind is wandering,
This is your anchor,
Your safe place.
And just as a reminder,
There's nothing to accomplish here.
There's nothing to do.
There's nowhere to be.
And everything that you put on pause will be there when you return.
So allow yourself to relax,
To deepen into this moment,
And to drop into your internal world.
Our mind is a powerful tool,
Constantly flowing with thoughts,
Ideas,
Judgments,
Worries.
And if we allow our thoughts to go on,
Out of control,
We will find that our life in the external world is also out of control.
The subconscious mind carries a multitude of memories,
Which we have organized with stories,
Narratives.
And when left on default,
Every decision is dictated by these thoughts and these memories.
Allow this session to be a moment of rewiring,
Untangling negative thoughts,
Worries,
And traumatic memories to be dictating our decisions in our external worlds.
Bring your attention now back into your breath,
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
And bring your attention now to your body,
And notice if your posture has changed since the beginning of this session.
Making any necessary adjustments here,
Sitting upright,
With your head stretching towards the sky,
And the bottom of your spine perpendicular from the ground.
To rewire our minds to positive thoughts,
Creative ideas,
Inspired action.
We practice consistency,
Coming back to our breath,
In our posture,
Over and over.
Words have a powerful impact on our minds,
And can be used as energy,
Which impacts our external systems.
They can transmute the negativity within our systems.
I invite you now to repeat the following affirmations,
Either aloud or silently to yourself.
Things are always working out for me.
I am at peace with my past,
And excited for my future.
I am creating a life of freedom.
Things are always working out for me.
I'm grateful for the present moment,
And the opportunities it brings.
I am creating a life of abundance.
Everything is working out for me.
I am resilient,
And can overcome any challenges that come my way.
I am creating a life of good health.
Things are working out.
Everything is working out for me.
I am constantly evolving,
And becoming the best version of myself.
I am creating a life full of success.
There's perfect timing,
And everything is working out for me.
I am capable of achieving my goals,
And my dreams.
I am creating a life of joy.
Allow these thoughts to permeate your bones,
Your soul,
Your mind.
And as we reach the end of this session,
Bringing your attention back to your anchors,
To your safe place.
Noticing the breath.
Inhaling through the nose,
And exhaling through the mouth.
Taking notice of your body.
Does it feel different than the beginning of this sit?
Not passing judgment,
Just noticing.
Just as a reminder,
Consistency in this practice is key to rewiring the mind.
And as you practice over and over,
Start to see and to notice the effects on your external world,
In your relationships,
In your success,
In your health.
It takes time and effort.
So continue to come back into the space,
To your breath,
To your body.
Directing your own thoughts,
And creating your own story.
