So let's take this moment to center yourself,
Connect with your inner strength,
And set a positive tone for the hours ahead.
Let's embrace this new day together with clarity and intention.
Let's start by finding a comfortable way of being,
Either seated or maybe lying down still in your bed.
I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze and allow yourself to settle into this stillness.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through the mouth,
Feeling your body relax with each breath,
Finding your own natural rhythm here,
And letting go of any of the tension or thoughts that were lingering from the night before.
With each breath in,
Feel yourself drawing in a new energy.
And with each breath out,
Releasing any heaviness,
Any stress that you might be carrying.
Let your breath become your anchor,
Grounding you right here in this present moment in this brand new day.
Let's take a moment now to set an intention for your day.
Now this could be a word,
It could be a feeling,
A specific focus,
Something that resonates with you and your day forward.
Maybe it's peace,
Gratitude,
Confidence,
Maybe it's kindness,
New opportunities.
Whatever it is,
Hold that intention in your mind and let it guide your day.
Let's take a minute here to think about our intention.
Now let's visualize the day unfolding with ease,
With purpose.
Picture yourself moving through your tasks and interactions with a sense of calm and clarity.
And imagine yourself responding to challenges with patience and confidence.
You're feeling and grounded in every moment.
Bring to mind something that you're grateful for today.
It could be something small or something more significant,
A person,
Maybe an opportunity,
Or simply the gift of this new day,
The gift of the sun rising once again.
And allow this feeling of gratitude to fill your heart and fill your body.
You could feel it infusing into your day.
I invite you now to repeat the following affirmation,
Whether it's aloud or maybe silently to yourself.
I am strong,
I am capable,
And I am ready for today.

And let these words sink in,
Reminding yourself of your own inner strength of your own inner strength and your own ability to handle whatever comes your way.

Notice the sensation in your hands and your feet,

Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling slowly through the mouth.
And you can feel the energy of this day and what it holds settling within you.
Settling within you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,

And bring that with you into the rest of your day.
