Lezione 1
Lesson One: The Past
This first lesson takes you into the past, which is of course as nearby as yesterday, and as far away as you can recall. You are encouraged to see the experiences you've had and any challenges you've faced along the way as lessons in life and to let go of what no longer serves you. You can't change the past, so let it go and be present.
Lezione 2
Lesson Two: The Present
This lesson is about living life in the now, being present. Taking the lessons from the past, showing gratitude for all that you've learned along the way and showing appreciation for all that you have in your life. You will be encouraged to be mindful of the language you use internally and externally as your behaviour impacts the life that you live. In short, it encourages you to live in the now rather than holding on to the past, letting go of stuff that no longer serves you and being happy even if it's simply 'good enough for now', as your journey through life progresses.
Lezione 3
Lesson Three - The Future
In this lesson you will be encouraged to make plans for the future so that you know which direction you want your life to ideally take whilst also remaining in the present moment. In other words, happiness is to be found in the present, waiting for things to happen in the future only delays happiness in the now.
